Executive Director
Nina Packer
Nina Packer is an innovative nonprofit, education, and entertainment professional with a strong track record of developing charitable partnerships to create career exposure and pipeline programs in media and entertainment. She developed the pre-college program that is known today as Warner Bros. Discovery: Future Leaders Institute and was instrumental in creating music industry certificate and degree programs at Jackson State University and Florida A&M University respectively.
Creshika Briggs

Operations Manager
Creshika Briggs is an well versed professional based in the Atlanta area. With over 15 years of accounting and audit experience, she uses her strong knowledge business to now help other businesses become more profitable.
After years of consulting and assisting other non-profits she most recently she started her own non-profit Enduring Faith Initiatives Inc. where she empowers and educates individuals to overcome adversity to become productive members of society. She also is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
Creshika is a successful business woman, wife and mother. During her free time she enjoys spending quality time with family and friends.
